By accessing our website, applying for membership, purchasing merchandise, or participating in any events or rides organized by the Sisterhood of the Diva Dames Women's Motorcycle Society ("the Society," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site or participating in our activities.

Membership in the Society is a privilege, not a right. To be eligible for riding membership, you must:

• Must be a Woman
• Possess a valid motorcycle endorsement/license in your state or country of residence.
• Maintain current, valid motorcycle insurance as required by law.
• Sign a physical copy of our Liability Waiver and Release form before your first group ride.

We reserve the right to revoke membership for conduct that violates our bylaws, endangers others, or brings the Society into disrepute.

Please read this section carefully. Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity that involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death.

• Assumption of Risk: By participating in any ride, rally, or event hosted by the Society, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity, whether known or unknown.
• Release of Liability: You agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Sisterhood of the Diva Dames, its officers, organizers, road captains, and members from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or your property while participating in Society activities.
• Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for operating your motorcycle in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. The Society is not responsible for any traffic violations or citations you receive.

We value sisterhood, respect, and safety. All members and guests agree to:

• Treat fellow members and the public with respect and dignity.
• Refrain from harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
• Ride sober. Operating a motorcycle under the influence of alcohol or drugs during Society events is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate expulsion.
• Follow the directions of Road Captains during group rides to ensure the safety of the pack.

The name "Sisterhood of the Diva Dames," our logo, and our specific patch designs (colors) are the intellectual property of the Society.

• Patches and Coins: Custom patches, challenge coins, and merchandise purchased from us are for personal use only.
• Unauthorized Use: You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute items bearing our name or logo without express written permission. Upon termination of membership, you may be asked to cease wearing "colors" or patches that identify you as an active member.

• Merchandise: All sales of custom merchandise (apparel, accessories) are final unless the item is defective upon receipt.
• Event Fees: Registration fees for rallies or events are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly stated on the specific event registration page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your State/Country]. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (30 Days)
• State of return (apparel with Name Tag does not need to be returned, only the Challenge Coin)
• Reason for return (Cancel Membership)
• Process for return (Contact Stacey at members@sisterhoodofthedivadames.com)
• Process of refund (Once SDD Coin has been returned, payment will be issued by check in the mail, Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal)
