Return and Refund Policy

SDD Merchandise Return & Refund Policy

At SDD, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Personalized & Custom Items

Many of our items are custom-made and personalized with specific road names or unique identifiers.

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the custom nature of these products, personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing ordered.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If a personalized item arrives defective or damaged upon receipt, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defect.


Standard Merchandise

For all non-personalized items (standard apparel, gear, and accessories), we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size in a standard item, please reach out to initiate an exchange process.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at sisterhoodofthedivadames@gmail.com. Please include 'Return-Order #' in the subject line to ensure a faster response.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received defective.


Note: We recommend sending returns via trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
